The Church started delivering new OT 4 through OT 7 in 1978. They are called NOTs.

NOTs is an abbreviation for NED for OTs. That means New Era Dianetics for OTs.

For twenty-five years now, there hasn’t been any honest NOTs completions. Why is that?

Our Evaluation of the Church shows that agents of the Global Enslavers have taken over the Church, for the purpose of preventing anyone going OT. Their method of preventing anyone going OT is to destroy the subject of Scientology, by getting people Off-Source. They have accomplished getting people Off-Source by conducting a 20-year campaign to alter, delete and fabricate LRH issues.

Thus comes about intentional misapplication of the subject. This results in sabotaged case gain and that results in no OTs. The Church stat on making Theta Clears and OTs is zero.

NOTs has been intentionally sabotaged and that is why there are no honest completions.

The method of sabotaging NOTs reminds one of a merry-go-round. Round and round it goes and where it stops, nobody knows. This will become clear to you as you read on.

Part of the Merry-Go-Round is a subject called Psychic Warfare. It includes Black NOTs.

People on the OT levels inside the Church are not educated on this subject and are given no method of handling it. And, in some cases, this is costing them their sanity and lives. At the very minimum, it results in endless NOTs case and an inability to finish OT 7.

Black NOTs is part of Psychic Warfare. In this technique, the NOTs case is added to. A person solo auditing on OT 7 inside the Church, frees some Body Thetans or clusters in his auditing sessions. Then, he is sent some more BTs and clusters by Enslaver agents who are practicing Psychic Warfare. So, he can never finish. As fast as he frees some entrapped Beings, he can be sent some more to handle. Thus, he is on a merry-go-round.

In addition to Black NOTs, the solo auditor has other elements of Psychic Warfare to contend with. Psychic Warfare has two branches, Psychic Spying & Psychic Influencing.

The solo auditor is the target for both of these, he is spied on and adversely manipulated by Enslaver agents who practice Psychic Warfare. This is sometimes done by Beings without bodies and sometimes done by Beings who have bodies. Sometimes the beings with bodies use machines, called psychotronics machines, on the solo auditor.

With or without a body, Beings practicing Psychic Warfare are not BTs and clusters. But the Church solo auditor mistakes them for BTs and clusters and tries to handle them with his NOTs tech, which does not work.

And the effect that these Beings can have on your case and body can be devastating. They can give you strange unexplained somatics, and they can cause illnesses such as cancer and they can even kill your body. This is part of the merry-go-round, making it impossible to finish OT 7. But it is more than that – it is part of the explanation for the high number of psychotic breaks and odd deaths for people on OT 7 inside the Church.

And, the SPs running the Church leave OT 7s ignorant and defenseless to all of this.

Finally, Ron knew the Enslavers took over the Church and so he did not give them the actual tech for OT 7 and beyond. Instead, he basically released the actual tech for OT 7 and OT 8 through Captain Bill Robertson and that tech is called Excalibur.

In Excalibur, you learn that the NOTs case is structured. That means the BTs and clusters are formed into organization-like structures. These structures are like any organization where each Being has their own hat they wear and there are also juniors and seniors. The seniors act like holders to their juniors in the organization. The Being at the top of any given organization of BTs and clusters, acts as the top holder. See the diagram of a plug.

The solo auditor asks a BT or cluster this question “What are you?” - and when the BT or cluster answers it, they are telling you their hat within the organization they belong to. They have one or more “seniors” above them in the organization (plug) and those seniors usually act as holders. The being at the top of the plug is definitely a holder.

Now this organization of BTs and clusters, called a plug, acts like any other organization. If you are a senior in an organization and one of your juniors leaves and therefore is no longer doing his job, what do you do? You hire someone else to do that job, don’t you? So, these holders in the plug are capable of recruiting replacement BTs and clusters into the plug, whenever the solo auditor comes along and frees a particular BT or cluster from the plug. And that is another aspect of the merry-go-round for Church auditors on OT 7.

Now, any organization has a function to perform. An organization to make cars produces cars. These plugs are not just sitting there with nothing to do. They have a function to perform and that function is some kind of aberrated intimate relationship between the plug and you, the main thetan who is in control.

A main Being, such as you, has a number of these plugs within his other-determined case, each plug consisting of any number of BTs and clusters. And, whenever your attention or thoughts go to any given aberrated area, that activates one or more of these plugs. And then the plug does its function, whatever that may be.

Let’s use sex as an example. You think about sex and that activates 3 plugs related to sex. Let’s say one plug is an S & M plug and it provides mental pictures, impulses, and sensations of the S & M variety. That’s its job. Within that plug you have various BTs and clusters doing their jobs – one BT is being the whip and another BT is being the sadist and another BT is being the masochist and another BT is being the handcuffs.

Let’s say another plug is a homosexual plug and it provides mental pictures, impulses and sensations of the homosexual variety. Within the plug we have various BTs and clusters performing their role in the organization. One BT or cluster is being a penis and another BT or cluster is being a butt.

Let’s say another plug is a cheating-on-wife plug. Within that plug you have various BTs and clusters doing their jobs – one BT or cluster is being a husband, another is being the wife, another is being the house where they live, another is being a mistress, another is being the motel where the husband and mistress meet, and another is being their sex act.

There could be a lot more plugs related to sex, that activate when you think about sex.

These 3 sex plugs are activated whenever you, the main Being, put your attention on sex.
Those 3 plugs are related by their function, their function has something to do with sex.
These 3 subject-related plugs are called a stack. See the attached diagram of a stack.

In the above examples we made it seem very logical as to the hats being worn within the organization. By reason of A=A identity thinking, these organizations can be very illogical. For example, in the cheating-on-wife plug we have a BT being a fire engine. To a logical person that fire engine is incorrectly included in an organization about sex. Well, the BT being the fire engine does not see it that way, because in his mind a wife equals a fire engine. So, he really does belong in that plug even though it seems crazy.

The BTs and clusters within a plug are not normally all located in one place, they can be scattered around in many locations, while still being in the same plug. Just like you find in any normal organization, not all the people in the organization are located in one room. They can be across the country from each other and still be in the same organization.

Now we can get to the point we wanted to make, of how Church NOTs is a merry-go-round. The Church solo auditor who is on OT 7, is not aware of plugs and stacks. He just randomly finds any BT or cluster he can locate and audits it. But, that BT or cluster was simply one of many BTs and clusters in a plug and that plug is just one of the plugs in a stack.

Q and A means failure to complete a cycle of action.

Instead of staying in that plug and stack and handling all BTs and clusters in that plug, and all plugs in that stack, the Church solo auditor now does a Q and A by going off to find a BT or cluster in a different plug in a different stack!

And in doing that Q and A, the Church solo auditor leaves these plugs and stacks in restimulation and in place! Which amongst other things, at a minimum this creates constant bypassed charge. And, the holders in those plugs can just go and recruit a replacement BT or cluster for the BT or cluster the Church solo auditor just freed from the plug. Worse yet, whole big areas of other-determined charge related to specific aberrations never get resolved. See the attached diagram on how Church OT 7s audit.

LRH made some non-confidential tape lectures in 1952 on the subject of entities and how to audit entities. In these lectures he completely revealed the basic nature, structure, and function of the composite case and also gave the tech for handling it.

There are, at minimum, two major concepts expressed in these 1952 LRH lectures that are paramount in importance to handling the composite case:

1. That the main Being is holding the Beings in the composite case. He’s trapping them.
2. That the composite case is organized into groups and sub-groups.

In fact, over time, the main Being and his junior entities have added to the composite case by actively collecting up other entities in groups and then holding them trapped there. And, some of these sub-entities bring along their own sub-orders, so you end up with a very large number of Beings within the composite.

The above two datums are so valuable and vital to case completion, that their omission points to outright, intentional sabotaging of case gain. In fact, omission of the above two datums is the WHY for people in the Church being on OT 7 for twenty-five years now and there still are no valid completions.

A thetan has caused the condition he finds himself in today, with his own thoughts - such as his considerations, postulates, opinions, decisions, conclusions, intentions, agreements and the like. Call the accumulation of that, over time, his self-determined aberrations or self-determined case.

All the other-determined case does, is it compliments and compounds the main Being’s self-determined aberrations. The main Being brought in or accepted the composite case to align with and compliment his self-created aberrations.

The main Being has been self-determining his aberrations continuously for quite some time. And through some pretty amazing sleight-of-hand in the form of not-ising it as fast as he “is’s” it, the main Being is often “unaware” of his large role in why he has such a collection of Beings that magically seem to follow him wherever he goes.

What actually happens is the main Being puts one of his self-determined aberrations into play and in so doing, intentionally activates the stack related to this particular self-created aberration. The stack that is related to that particular aberration then goes into action and does whatever it has been pre-arranged to do with regards that aberrated subject or area.

In his book 8-8008, Ron covers the idea that a Being has to shed all responsibility for something before he can get into the state where he is creating energy and not know he’s doing it.

David Mayo is the undisputed author of NOTs. LRH did not author NOTs. We now have more evidence that LRH did not give the Church any further OT levels past the original OT 7.

LRH knew that the main Being is holding onto the Beings in the composite case and he also knew that the Beings in the composite are organized into groups and sub-groups. This shows NOTs did not come from LRH, because LRH would have included this data in the course and solo auditors in the Church would be correctly auditing the composite case. The only alternative is that LRH did include it and they intentionally omitted it.

In the On-Source Excalibur Course released by the HASI you will read where Ron says that you first get the main Being handled on his aberration of holding onto Beings in the composite case, then you can work on making him a Theta Clear. By omitting this key datum, they are allowing the main Being to continue to not-is his responsibility with regards to holding onto the Beings in the composite.

So, sabotaging the Bridge was actually quite simple for the enemy agents who took over the Church. They simply had to allow the people on the OT levels to continue doing what they were already doing – not-ising their own responsibility with regards to holding onto the composite case. As part of making sure that this not-isness continued, LRH materials covering this area of responsibility were omitted from their training.

Following are a couple of the LRH tape lectures that prove that the composite case is organized into groups and subgroups and stacks and that the main Being is a holder.

This validates Excalibur tech as being on-source LRH tech.

It also proves that the Church has intentionally sabotaged OT 7 because it does not teach this to people on OT 7 and thus they do not audit the composite case properly.

LRH lecture 16 April 1952 HCL-21 Anatomy of the Theta Body

"You've got a whole series of these now, because these, by the way, have not walked in - these have not walked in unbidden. They are actually - have been gathered up in groups. Some of them are there under compulsion from elsewhere."

"Now those come in on the individual - they come in on the individual, but not unbidden. He asked for them. Or one of his entities asked for them, authorizedly or unauthorizedly, out of a compulsion to join up.

Therefore, you have this stack that looks like this. First there's a theta being. Now, it has co-mingled in company, but hasn't co-mingled in identity, with a second being. Now, this other being is pretty senior and probably won't leave.

These two then have added to them these entities, one after the other. And these entities, in turn, have enough compulsion on them to add in even more beings, so that you eventually wind up with a very large number."

"And it actually can get down to a point where the composite you - fortunately, very lightly so - can actually be influenced by thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of theta lines which you've picked up, but which aren't your theta lines. You're just sort of holding them trapped. And they've tried to go back and go where they're supposed to go between lives and they try to do this and they try to do that."
